Sr. Assoc. Neslihan Kavak Güven

Senior Associate Neslihan Kavak Güven graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Law School in following her graduation from Hasan Ali Yücel Teacher Training High School. She did multiple internship while she was studying in law school and worked in one of the leading automotive companies of our country afterwards. Thereafter, she did her legal internship in our office as a part of her internship at Ankara Bar.

Kavak who started her masters in Private Law at TOBB University Law School in 2019, speaks English in advanced proficiency.  Kavak, who started her graduate studies at TOBB University Faculty of Law, Department of Private Law in 2019, is preparing her master's thesis in the field of Protection of Personal Data.

Carrying out all kinds of mediation and litigation processes in consumer, obligaition, enforcement, intellectual and industrial rights issues, especially labor law disputes and commercial disputes, in her law carrier life, which she started in 2016; She has experience in preparing contracts on behalf of corporate companies, especially in international sales, procurement and licensing, representation of clients in pre-contract negotiations and all kinds of legal consultancy services.

She has successfully completed dozens of projects in the field of personal data protection. She presently continues to provide consultancy to companies in this area.

Kavak, who has tracked the international arbitration process of one of the leading public institutions of Turkey until the last stage, speaks English very well.
