Assoc. Ela Erturan

Att. at Law Ela Erturan graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. She had her masters degree on private law with her dissertation entitled “Agreements Limiting Competition in the Motor Vehıcle Sector”.

Ela Erturan provides legal consultancy, litigation and arbitration services to the corporate clients from various industries with over 20 years of experience. She especially specializes in the law of obligations and the establishment and management of contracts, law of the personal data protection law and its practice, labor law and consumer law, and the management of mergers and acquisitions. She represented Turkey's important Ministries, Public Institutions and private companies on behalf of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as their attorney in many national and international arbitration cases.

With the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law she speacialized in this area by completing dozens of projects within the scope of compliance studies, providing many trainings in this field and successfully managing the KVKK compliance process of client’s especially Turkey's most important public institutions.
